Project/Product Manager

The Project/Product manager role is ideal for someone who is driven by success. Over the course of our projects, this person will need to communicate with internal and external clients, make decisions and monitor the progress and resources of the projects to keep them on schedule. Important requirements of the Project and Product Manager include but are not limited to:


  • Full-time Position w/Benefits (No 1099)
  • PMP Certified or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 Years of Project and Product Management Experience
  • Simultaneous Multi-project management experience 
  • Perform Concurrent Project Scheduling / Resource Management
  • Work with Stakeholders to develop Data Analytics (BI) package
  • Establish Controls, KPIs and reporting
  • Work to maintain project budget
  • Work closely with Accounting and Customer Billing to create APIs
  • Maintain systems for data integrity and security post project

Bilingual Customer Care Representative
Under limited supervision, you will answer inbound customer calls regarding their service and/or their accounts. Customer Care Reps will update the existing database with any modifications or changes and the present status of the customer. Customer Care Reps mostly perform their duties by telephone in the call center, some communication with customers are via fax, e-mail and some face-to-face.


This position requires a high school diploma or a GED. Two to four years of call center experience is beneficial. Bilingual speaking Spanish & English is mandatory.

Maintenance Crew Member
Duties for this position include breaking out sidewalks and manhole seals. An ideal candidate for this position must be able to perform several functions done by lifting, kneeling and bending. These functions include but are not limited to reading utility plats, flushing main lines, inspecting main lines, assisting with water lines and sewer repairs, new line installation, wet and sewer taps, assisting with meter change outs and pulling/installing meters.

This position requires a high school diploma or a GED and a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record. The ideal candidate for this position will be available to work on-call and emergency overtime as needed.


Field Service Representative
Duties include tasks within the distribution and collections system including customer calls, sewer backups, billing and collection activities, meter box adjustments and meter change outs as well as responding to other issues as they may arise.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED at a minimum. Applicants must be able to acquire a class D water and/or wastewater licenses from TCEQ within 90 days of date of hire and class C distribution/ground or wastewater treatment within 18 months. All applicants must have a valid Texas driver’s license with an excellent driving record.

Water/Wastewater Operator

Under limited supervision, you will perform routine checks of the facilities and help ensure compliance with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) regulations.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning and scheduling of designated wastewater plant and water plant process
  • Maintaining chlorine residual
  • Checking and cleaning screens
  • Skimming effluent basin
  • Recording effluent flows
  • Running solids level test
  • Checking collection lines
  • Running dissolved oxygen test
  • Pulling samples for testing
  • Performing routine preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Doing general housekeeping duties at the plants


Job Requirements:

This position requires a high school diploma or GED at a minimum

  • At least two years of facility work experience is required
  • Applicants must possess a class C, or higher water and wastewater licenses from TCEQ
  • All applicants must have a valid Texas driver's license.
